The main uses of sunflower lecithin are as stabilizer, antioxidant agent, natural emulsifier, wetting agent and dispersing agent. Apart from food, it is highly demanded in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare and cosmetic industries. It can be supplied in drums, tanks, flexibags or any other packaging material based on the size of order. Sunflower lecithin has a shelf life of minimum 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
